• Quotes are free.
• Quotes are based on the information you give us and what we see at the inspection, including the type of pest, the extent of the infestation and the size of the affected area.
• If conditions on the day differ from what we were told, or we find something new, we'll talk to you before doing any extra work.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it.

• A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date and time with you.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible.
• If a fee applies to late cancellations or missed appointments, we'll tell you when you book.

To help us work safely and get the best result, please:

• Give our technicians safe access to the property and the affected areas.
• Tell us about any hazards on site.
• Tell us if anyone in the home is pregnant, has allergies or chemical sensitivities, and about any pets, including fish and reptiles.
• Prepare the property as we ask, for example by clearing clutter and securing food.
• Follow our technician's instructions after treatment, including when it's safe to return to treated areas and how to clean them.

• Results depend on the type of pest, how severe the infestation is, the condition of the property and whether prevention advice is followed.
• Some pests need more than one treatment to get rid of them completely. Our technician will explain what to expect and book follow-ups if needed.
• Any follow-up visits included in your job, and any warranty that applies, will be set out on your quote or invoice.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is due as set out on your quote or invoice.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. This doesn't limit the consumer guarantees described above.

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used.
